With a domestic flight from Bordeaux (read my post on Bordeaux) I landed in the second leg of my trip to France: Lyon.
A very interesting city, Lyon has a respectable historical center.
I had read in the guide existence of traboules, or a kind of covered streets and almost secret that connect one main street.
I thought they were who knows what, but in the end were a little 'a disappointment.
What still unites almost all French cities I visited on this trip is the presence of a river that bathes their lands.
I do not remember exactly the names of the things that I visited in Lyon: churches, cathedrals, parks, zoos, sights ... but I will talk about the pictures in my place :)
Also in Lyon I made a trip out of town by train.
But not an ordinary visit, I went to Annecy, one of the most photographed spots of France.
If memory serves me to Annecy I was even went to live for a while 'the Commissioner Cattani de The Octopus ... or maybe it was another TV series or movie ... however centrava the Mafia :)
The fact remains that Annecy, with its many water channels and its beautiful lake, is a small town really beautiful and worth a visit.

Next leg of the journey: Bayonne.
But do not leave this page without first seeing all the photos I took in Lyon:
