And here I am in Basel, the last leg of my trip to Switzerland in October 2014.
After being Berne, always starting from Zurich, I arrived by train in the beautiful city of Basel.
The weather that day was not kind, at least in the morning. Then, fortunately, as evidenced by the photo above, the day lent itself to great pictures: p
However, on this day in Basel I saw: the Old Town, the famous street Freie Strasse, Markthalle, Kannenfeldpark, the church Offene Kirche Elisabethen, Botanical Garden, Offene Kirche Elisabethen, the Tinguely-Brunnen fountain, the Rathaus building and the Cathedral Pfarramt Münster ... I did a good lap in short :)
Basel was a pleasant surprise, there's so much to see.
If you happen to go to Switzerland, I recommend it :)
Video I just did what I had to Fontanta because registry problems ... but better than nothing, right? :)

From what I read, Basel is the third largest city of Switzerland as the number of inhabitants, and yet it is much prettier in Zurich, less classic big city style.
Let's say that if played with Bern in terms of beauty. He has more things to do and see, but perhaps the old town of Bern is better.
Finished visiting Basel, I am then returned to Zurich and I took them a comfortable and fast (but never as a plane flights: p) train to Italy.
Switzerland, for what little I saw, I liked it, and since it's so close, I think that one day I will return to visit other cities.
I leave you with a nice photo albums made in Basel.
